How To Treat Back Acne

If you have back acne then you understand how hard it can be to deal with. It is very embarrassing and can cause many people low self esteem. This is caused by too much sebum that clogs pores and hair follicles. This will cause pimples. It is not easy to deal with.

Back Acne Treatment

Back acne can be treated with simple medications.  The best way is to go to the dermatologist and get prescribed medications. If you want to buy over the counter medications then you there are many that work well. These medications can work well if you use them properly.

When you take a shower you must wash your back with anti-bacterial cleanser. It shouldn’t be regular soap- it need to be face soap. If you use normal soap then it will make your back acne much worse. After you wash it well then you need to let it dry.

Once your back is washed well and dried then you need to put some medication on it. Benzyl peroxide works well. Try buying 10%. Make sure that you put it on well and then let it dry really good. Your back should be cleared up in no time if you follow this advice.

Once a week you should exfoliate your back to get rid of all of the dead skin cells. A great exfoliation to use is sugar scrub. Do this in the shower.

Back acne can be hard to deal with and even harder to live with. It can damage self esteem and make people feel bad about themselves. If you have back acne then be proactive and treat it. It is not good also because it will leave terrible scarring that is hard to live and deal with. If you follow this advice you should find that your back acne will go away in no time. Just make sure that you are consistent with the treatment.
